By making a payment to Legend Pine Precious Metals, you are entering into a business agreement with us. This
policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds related to shipment charges or fees.


Refund Conditions


If you decide to cancel your shipment, or if no goods are brought to Legend Pine Precious Metals due to
circumstances involving the seller, buyer, shipper, or any other party, we will process a refund of 90% of the total amount paid.
A deduction of 10% will be applied to cover administrative costs associated with processing the cancellation.


Time frame for Refunds


To qualify for a refund, you must initiate your request within three (3) days of making your payment.
If more than three (3) days have passed since the payment was made, Legend Pine Precious Metals will not issue any refunds to the payee or client.


Future Services


Legend Pine Precious Metals remains dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients. We are
prepared to re-initiate shipments or any other requested services whenever clients present products or seek assistance in the future. It is important to note that if, at the time of providing new services based on the funds we hold for a client, there is an increase in taxes or fees associated with products or services, clients will need to supplement their accounts accordingly to cover these new charges.
Clients can access our services at any time when such service is needed.

customer satisfaction while protecting our operational integrity.
